Even here, I have daily, sometimes twice or three times a day where the two external screens go dark for a couple of seconds then come back where they left off - like the dock rebooted. I continue to use the docks because they do allow the two external monitors to work as needed - without DisplayLink. The problem can easily be found in the forum. Technical support is what you would expect from a offshore call center. Does not work even if using a powered USB hub between the peripheral and dock. USB2.0 and USB3.0 DO NOT work with keyboard/mouse or any other USB peripheral such as a standard flash drive. Both offices use a Microsoft 850 wireless keyboard and mouse with USB dongle. Laptop is a new ASUS Zenbook running W10 Pro with all updates current.
Product is Unstable Does NOT Provide USB Support Bought two of the devices for my home office and my office so I could use two displays with my laptop without using DisplayLink systems or drivers.
